Shipping Info:

All orders are shipped via regular service UPS or FedEx and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Shipping costs will be added to all orders. For expedited service please contact customer service. International shipments are available with preparation of all custom papers at no charge.

Delivery:

In-stock items are generally shipped within 24 hours. Same day shipment is available at no additional charge. For special handling or events please contact customer service. Allow 7 to 10 days shipment for non-stock apparel items.

Prices/Sales Tax:

All prices are U.S. dollars and are F.O.B. Michigan City, Indiana. Indiana residents add 7% sales tax. Michigan residents add 6% sales tax. All other states and local taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the end user. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns/Exchanges:

Stock items may be returned within 14 days, if you are not completely satisfied. However, personalized and custom orders are not returnable. Products and colors may be slightly different than how they appear on this website. Shortage or damage claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
